Please note: The is a 5-hour minimum for investigative services. Not including:

*Gas
*Food
*Lodging
*Mileage

Seminars & Lectures

$475 per hour

Seminars & Lectures are offered in 8 weeks, 12 weeks or 16 weeks at a rate of $475 per hour.
*Please Note: Clients shall pay 50% of total estimated costs and be invoiced any remaining balance. Complete balances are due and paid in full upon service’s rendered.
No refunds or exchanges. Clients agree with terms and conditions of Steve’s Paranormal and Metaphysical Investigative Services LLC.
